After discovering this amazing sunflower field last year, I made my way back to the spot to see if the sunflowers had bloomed. Low and behold, there they were. I decided to park and wait for the sun to set. With the sunflowers as high as they were, I didn’t think my shot would be any good. Luckily I got some pretty good height with my tripod and snapped my way through the sunset. Even though I did shoot bracketed images to make an HDR, I ended up only editing the one photo in Adobe Lightroom. This was my first time editing with the software after hearing so many rave reviews from other photographers. After playing with the software for a few hours, I managed to get the hang of it and was really happy with the end result!
